Tooo me he has been hurt in the past with persons he has come close too, he does not want to get hurt a lot of pain is in rk which we have yet too see. i feel that everyone that is living in that apartment with him have caused him a lot of hurt n he cannot forgive, hence when he taunts them its his way of blocking them out, the only thing i cant get is why he lets them stay there, hes in the penthouse why not get them separate apartments?

I agree all his family annoy him as they only hurt him with their actions, I think he doesn't want the extra expense if he gives them separate apartments, but as you've rightly pointed out the mental stress they give him by being around him at his home it's not worth it. But you know RK, he probably thinks I will win any little mind game they throw my way, and it's keeping me sharp and to remain hard or something along those lines...he is a brooding and troubled soul before madhu came along, didn't want to live in peace, but I think things will take a turn where he throws them all out, except for radhaji.
