I couldn't help wonder...I mean she was cool with Amar when he was leaving...so does this mean she was aware of Bajrangi kidnapping AShu to fulfil his brother's love...if so, she never thought to ask Amar about it...it just does not add up...unless, like you say, they had such scenes and they were edited out!

Voting for others.
Such moments will never come checking the track record. Some characters they introduce as fillers only and once their task is up, they aren't ever thought of again. Like Mallu's bro & bhabhi, Mr. Mansukhani, Sandip Bagchi, Sushila, Lady advocate of Ashu... so will be these two.
And, if Ashu sometimes tells her the truth b/h her kidnapping, then she might give it a thought just for a while, but, then next moment... she will be like... Let bygones be bygones; eventually Ashu & she got together again and that's what matters!!
