Upload your picture on sites such as www.tinypic.com, www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com

Then simply copy the URL and put it in [ IMG ] [ /IMG ]tags

Ex:

[ IMG ]URL GOES HERE[ /IMG ]

Without the space in the tags, end and the begining. and That's it.
