Its not about who is not experimenting-its about Ranbir not falling into any room of stereotype at this stage of his career which is just great! He has and is trying various genre of cinema. I was highly impressed when he chose a movie like Rocket Singh at such an early phase of his career. Imran tried action and sorts but came back to romcom genre. Same with the Khans. They stuck to their comfort zone when they had started off. It was much later that we saw them don different getups and characters.

He has tried to carve a niche for himself amongst the Khans and thats what makes his work noteworthy. Film hit or flop, his acting never goes unnoticed. And what I admire about him is that he doesn't let his offscreen persona affect his work. Eg, his next is with Deepika.. ofcourse it is mutual here... but he's open to challenges and I am dying to watch his work in Barfii!!

He's def better than Sallu and AKki and Amir to some extent

But Srk and Saif.. don't think Ranbir is better than them... has Ranbir delivered a perf as good as Saif in Omkara...No way.

I will watch srk in his film with kat... and will get back to answer this question.

As of now... yes he's better than Akshay and Salman... but he was nothing great in Barfi. Yes he's good... but I didnt think it was award worthy performance. All he does in the film is flirt with IIena and run around. The script he chooses makes him seem better than srk and Saif... in terms of acting... he's not the best.

^LOL i don't think ranbir should even be compared to Saif...he is way ahead of him in terms of acting!

He is the next superstar. No second thought on that. He is EPIC...given his age in bollywood he has delivered A LOT and i mean A LOTTT !

Thanks to the neoptism in Bollywood we hardly have any good talent getting lead roles in prominent films. Among the ones who do he is the best in terms of experimentation and his ability to execute different roles.
