Even though She was not herself (her drink was spiked) - the scene they were showing us was not of kavya but of soham and than she thought of shaurya. So this shows she is thinking of soham and not kavya. Yes he has the same face but have you noticed they gradually stoping the dreams of kavya, its only soham.
