Doesn't Yash's brother's drink? Or is that just me imagining it? If yes, then Yash would have drunk before right? And what about Aarti? I may be a bit biased and say that to me she doesn't look like the one who would drink bhaang or other intoxicants..

Theoretically, those who have drunk before are more...I guess used to their effects than those who don't drink or drink less...

Yash may remember because he is used to the effects and realised what happened the morning after...Aarti, who may have had a hangover, (I'm not exactly sure as I don't drink/never have) and therefore would have bad memory of what happened...also, it may mean that Yash had tried to hide everything that happened...such as by tidying up (as he does have some form of OCD) etc etc...

Though, the one thing that doesn't make sense is how Aarti didn't "feel" that something happened the morning after...(Again I've never been through this so I'm not sure..)...but maybe she'd been concerned with the headache or hangover whatever from the bhaang that she didn't take notice and then gradually forgot?

Exactly my point experience says that no matter how drunk you are you cannot forget what happened and then there are tell tale signs the morning after unless as you say Yash managed to tidy every thing up but its still not convincing - another theory is bhaang was spiked and the person can have black out and not remember anything next day and Yash obviously cleverly removed every evidence. CV's need to think clearly - how they are going to explain this situation - would be interesting I am sure - nice post.

It was first time for Aarti but not new for Yash as occasionally he drunk with his brothers

I think that the bhang was tampered with a neuroprotective therapeutic drug which had led to Yash and Aarti's consummation . Probably Aman had something to do with it!Hats off to him> Hope he plays a pivotal role in getting rid of Prashant!

U r right. From my personal experience i do agree itz a common thing to hv a very bad hangover in d 1st time. But 4 people who r use 2 it. Even hw high they r. They are able to remember things. Maybe that wat happen to Yash and Aarti.

Arti said to her MIL and others that she has told them everything that happened in mumbai.

But she has again left out the fact that she visited shiv temple and drank bhaang. Atleast she wud be remembering that much. And the next morning yash went into angry mode. So she cud easily hv guessed that something that happened after she drank bhaang. which she does not remember, has got to be the reason for yash anger.
