I am kind of not surprised about how RK acted today.
1) I LOVED the conversations he had with Madhu.
2) I LOVED LOVED LOVED the way he acted around Bhatia and Sikka. They deserve that attitude of his and he knows that!
3) I felt that more than Madhu leaving him on the set [for yes, he was angry about] he was more angry about the fact that he had to threaten an elderly man, who had no mistake in the little 'biwi' 'patidev' game of theirs.
I mean, yeah, he was angry at Madhu for going away from him, unannounced because he felt lonely, and that was unexpected. He needs her and her just walking away from him is like a loss. The loss he felt when his father committed suicide I think, unexpectedly, without telling him, I guess. So that's why he feels that way about Madhu. Rest, like his mom, Bhatia, Sikka, he could care less about. But he cares enough about Madhu to get angry at everyone. More than making her feel like his slave, his trophy, he's worried about loosing her from his sight. Not because he loves her. He doesn't love her yet, but because he feels a connection to her. He's making his little heart come alive. The heart whom he calls a rock, the heart, whose death he considers is what makes him RK.
The little arguments he has with Madhu, are because he likes them. He likes being in control and the fact that Madhu doesn't want to let him control her makes him even more intrigued at to who and what Madhu is. And I guess that's what the driving force behind their relationship is. It's not the fact that he considers her a slave, he wants her around him because he considers her the highlight of his day, and he actually enjoys the arguments he has with her.
Coming back to the point, RK knew Madhu was standing right there and that as soon as she heard his voice, she didn't leave the building. And that's one of the reasons he decided to do this big showdown with the guard. Like RK himself said, Madhu is not him. As much heartless, a rock RK might call himself, he cares. He cares for the elderly, the innocent who have no fault in the little drama of his biwi and he.
I bet you that if Madhu had left the building, then RK would have been angry but what looked like he may slap the guard, would just have been RK putting his hand on the guard's shoulders or something. Because RK might not have a heart like he says he doesn't but he is not emotionless. And he doesn't like blaming the innocent.
That's why, the whole drama was created in order to bring Madhu out, because he knew that she'd stop him. Knew that it was the only way of making her hate him, make her angry at him and the only way to make her stop from leaving --ever again without telling him.
Does that mean that Madhu won't ever leave him again without telling him? I don't think so. She will. And it'll make him angrier.
But does that mean RK will punch someone because of that, fire them? I don't think so either.
To add on, I personally feel that Rishabh's trying to gain back the lost childhood by arguing with Madhu. Like, he feels challenged, he feels not alone, and most of all, he feels that she cares. She cares about him. And today, when she was being all sarcastically sweet to him, he was actually wickedly smiling, because he was having fun. He was having his share of fun which he didn't get to have during his childhood.
Overall, it was an excellent episode and I loved it! I loved the little bit at the end when RK looked at Madhu's back and walked up the stairs with her, telling her to stop cleaning up his mess and then left her in her room. I mean, I loved Madhu's attitude too! Man, she rocked today's episode with her innocent yet devious looks and sarcastic comments.
Because she made RK smirk, grin whatever it is a lil bit. She made him feel better.
She made him, not RK. But Rishabh. At least the starting of Rishabh. The Rishabh he was before his dad died and forced an innocent Rishabh Kundra to turn into Superstar RK.
