She had sent out a legal notice to the channel and the production house. The matter has been resolved now. The channel, after learning about the facts, realised that Preeti had indeed developed the concept and decided to comply with her demands. Apart from giving her monetary compensation, the channel has also added her name on the credit roll of the show, which will last till the show does. All's well that ends well.
