changing crew members is not done intentionally.
its not a central govt job.. tranferable. Its business. Losing one show doesnt mean u are joining another one.
there are many inside thngs involved.. that i dont wanna discuss in the forum in detail as it wud be against rules.
A creative team may go a change n makeover but it happens after atleast 2 or 3 years have passed. Unless there is something urgent. 1 person can leave 2 can leave 3- 4 can leave but we are seeing migration of a lot of ppl.. Isnt that shocking???
