Yes, Rishabh was furious at Maddy. His ego was hurt and insulted bigtime. He couldn't handle Maddy's fiery eyes and her snappy tongue. He felt humiliated and Maddy is only lucky that he didn't bang that coffee mug 'whammm' onto her head. But , quite paradoxically , he knew exactly where she was coming from and what was going on inside her.

He told her that he was punishing him for the drama that he did with Shamshu. He heard her palangtodh jalli-kaati baatein and kilos of free insult but he didn't lash back at her at that time. He just soaked in her ire , her hatred , her dhamkees after he calmly told her that he knew why she was doing what she was doing. He calmly tells her in a twisted way that he is besotted and energized by her anger - it just gives him a totally different high , gives reason to his hollow existence -- by finding a reason to live - to fight her and defeat her. What everyone is seeing as Maddy's 'karaara jawaab' and her revenge on Rishabh is actually a cry of a broken hurt that has turned into a reactive scream. Nobody saw it , maybe even Maddy didn't realize it - but it was not just a showcase of strength . Maddy was basically just conveying it to Rishabh that -" Hey, this is how it hurts, dude."

If Maddy surprises you with her wit , her stinging words , her verbal maar-dhaadh of Rishabh and her guts, Rishabh surprises you by not only his magnetic obsession for his wife but also by delivering it to you that inspite of hating her , how well he knows her.

Maddy not wanting to be his spot , is still okay with Rishabh -wo baat Rishabh phir bhi bardaasht kar jaayega . But Maddy not on front of his eyes? Not done. Wo use ghoore , gaaliyaan de, 10 baatein sunaaye - kucch bhi kare lekin uskee aankhon ke saamne rahe. The moment , he realized that Maddy had left the studio after making a mattar-waala-bharta of his ego and izzat , paaglon ki tarah 'biwi-biwi' dahaadta phir rahaa tha.

And Maddy? She stopped in her tracks the moment she heard Rishabh scream 'biwi'. She could have left royally aur Rishabh kucch nahiin ukhaad sakta tha, but no, she could not go after she heard his voice echoing like that of a beast in a palace. She knew to what heights Rishabh's temper can escalate and what damage he can cause to others because of her. She turned on her heels and rushed back in - because she doesn't want anyone to suffer in this war that is between him and her. Rishabh was wild in anger aur bechaare production manager aur security guard kaa toh aaj orange slush bann hi gaya tha.

Nobody can stop Rishabh when he is in anger and Maddy has the executive class experience in that. Yet, the moment Maddy told him to stop, Rishabh drew back his hand from the security guard's neck - and looking at Rishabh's aggression , it was difficult for him - yet he stopped. Maddy's voice had rung in his ears , she was in front of his eyes and everything else was immaterial. Its almost like she came back to him like a tranquilizer shot.

But what takes the cake is what Rishabh delivered to Maddy after this.

"Tumhaare seene mein abb bhi dil hai. Aur main use sunn sakta hoon."

He , even though in the most sarcastic and ridiculing way told her what one can take his faith in her goodness. You can defy me , fight with me, get all arrogant and attitude-loaded with me - but you can never be like me. I am cold, heartless, devilish , monstrous. You are none of the above. There is a heart beating inside you that beats , that feels, that pains - so that way, my darling wifey, you will never be Rishabh Kundra Part 2. In short, Rishabh cleanly divided himself and Maddy into the categories of inhuman and human.

Maddy didn't say anything on this - not because she was going back on her silent mode. Its because she knew that Rishabh was telling the truth. Hurting anyone is easy for Rishabh but for Maddy , even to be rude to someone is a Goliath effort. To love , is to be vulnerable - and that is what Rishabh told Maddy today.

Even later , in the house, when 'for-a-change', Rishabh comes back after finishing a shoot - its still all about Maddy. And surprise , surprise, Rishabh is civil to Kukkuji and Sicky and the film writer Nair. Being sarcastic and rude is Rishabh's nature -but today , he made no conscious effort to misbehave or bajaao them all. He patiently lent an ear to Nair - heard the whole story with regular doses of civil insult to Sicky. This shows that Rishabh maybe a jackass of the first rate- if you don't poke him, he will stay at his best behavior - whatever he is capable of at his current stage.Yes, he was ill-mannered , he has no intentions of doing a film for Bhatias , he was just being nice to Nair - yet , his behavior was at least socially acceptable. Chalo , jaanwar hone ki ek degree to kum hai iss munhchadhe peepe ke paas.

Lekin , lekin, lekin. Saamne se uski pataakha biwi jaa rahi ho aur sherni ne abhi abhi dahaadhna shuru kiya ho , toh Rishabh kaise taang pe taang rakh kar baitha rehta. Bhatias gaye side mein, Nairji gaye apni kahaani ke agle scene mein, glass gaya table par and Rishabh - against reason, against himself , perhaps not even aware why he left everything , went running behind his biwi. Or did he miraculously knew by some 'hormonally' developed sixth sense, that he will find Maddy in his room fixing his bed?

Maddy - as per her patnidharam badlaa is doing her best to irritate Rishabh by adjusting his pillows and bedcovers , nitpicking around his room. Is Rishabh angry? No. He is amused. He nicely takes her arm - reminds her that jaanwaron ke kamre saaf nahiin kiye jaate , and takes her away. And Maddy for a change , doesn't scream - Chhodo mera haath. Daaku khadak singh. She goes with him , with diabetes causing sugary smile.

He brings her to the door of her room and grinningly tells her -ye lo apnaa kamraa aur yahaan chhaapti raho interior designing ke poster. Maddy gives him a schoolgirl cute grin and complies. Rishabh is amused , in a way bewitched by her colours that beat the Asian Paints shade card. Even after she has delivered a lovable 'Pleasure is all mine', Rishabh stands there - trying to figure out just how many stripes his tigress has. Sexy.

Anger , passion, fire , feisty colours , defiance , arrogance - all these traits don't anger Rishabh - they give him an adrenaline kick and he finds that totally hot - it shows in Rishabh's behavior towards Maddy today when they are back in the house. Maddy has no idea about this - but her rebellion and this sweet vixen dose is making Rishabh behave like a 'man' with her and not her 40lakhs 'owner'. Maine pehle hi kahaa tha, Maddy smartie hai but Rishabh ke maamle mein isski akal jhakk maarti hai. The oil massage , the dance , the seduction- well, the babe is totally inviting it. Cow se sherni banna bonus ke saath mehenga padega. But then, this is the fire that fires up Rishabh - his defiant glaring gaming biwi.

And as for that last peek-a-boo into Rishabh's past - its painful indeed . Nair is innocent , and I hope he is not thrashed by Rishabh. A scene in the narration reminding him of his father's suicide - nobody's fault unless Bhatias planned it. But it just goes to show you that Rishabh is trapped in time. Hmm, so Rishabh what was that lecture that you were giving Maddy about having a heart and not having a heart? Dude, dil hotaa bhi sabkaa hai , aur dukhtaa bhi sabkaa hai. Right?

Guest actor Nair was cute and adorable. Uski narration itni sweet thi yaar. Maddy's izzat-utaaro session of Rishabh was faadu and I love the power that she stresses on her words ( baad mein Ganeshji ko thank you bol rahi thi ) . Rishabh's dialogues and the way he looks at Maddy , especially when she is going up the staircase and in their respective rooms - brilliant. Radhaji is living in a make believe world- somebody shake her out of it - open your eyes, dahling , because your son is never going to forget anything. Above all, aaj Rishabh ne badtameezi se hi sahi, poora shoot khatam kiya. Maddy shoot khatam hone ki guarantee hai.

BTW, Maddy ne aakhir aadhi adhoori shaadi ka chaanta Rishabh ke munh par maar hi diya:

Maddy: Agar tum mere saath poore saat phere lete, toh main apne haathon se tumhaare lie coffee banaati aur apne haathon se tumhe pilaati.

Awww... baby! Fikar mutt kar. Tumhaari shaadi bhale hi mazaak ho lekin ye mangalsutra aur ye jaanwar abb toh tujhse chhoottne se rahaa.

P.S- Rishabh ko Maddy ke kamre mein ghussne ka mauka chaahiye. Kabhi cactus aur laal mirchein, kabhi designer wardrobe , kabhi concoction, kabhi massage oil. Iss nadaan ladki ko koi samjhaao that she has given an open invitation to Rishabh . Ye iske chakkar mein aisi giregi ki poori ki poori ghanchakkar ho jaayegi.
