God!! It has been so long since I updated this one. I had to read the previous part to remember the story.

Hopefully I can do justice to this FF as I don't remember what exactly I had in mind when I started this FF.

Recap: Virat now knows that Manvi loves him too but they have still not had any romantic moment. There is awkwardness between them. They are at home alone. Manvi hugged Virat and said that she loves him.

Part 7

To say Virat was happy would be an understatement. Manvi hugged him and told him that she loves him! Without wasting time he hugged her back and whispered in her ears, "I love you too Manvi. I love you so much. You have no idea."

Both stood there in each other's arms lost in the moment.

After sometime they pulled apart. Virat held Manvi's wrist and dragged her towards the bed. "Partner please eat your dinner otherwise I will have to reheat the food for the seventh time."

Manvi let him take the lead and just followed him.

Both Virat and Manvi fed each other.

After finishing dinner Manvi got up and stood next to the window. Virat too came behind her and stood next to her.

Virat- "Partner why are you so quiet? You know you are scaring me right now. Manvi the great, the girl that can never stay silent hasn't spoken a word since half an hour."

Manvi made a face at his comment and replied in a very Manvi way- "Virat what do you think I am, a radio? And this habit of yours, to talk nonsense just annoys me."

Virat smiled hearing her scold him. He moved closer to her and held her hands. "Manvi if you loved me back then why did you do so much drama? You have no idea how I felt, you completely ignored me for weeks."

Manvi felt guilty at his comments. She looked at him and said, "Virat I am sorry. But I still don't know if what I did today was the right thing. I feel like I should have never said anything. I should have gone back to ignoring you. How could I do this to you partner? I have cancer, I should not be dragging you into this."

Virat put his hands around her waist and brought her closer to him, "Manvi shhh, I will tell you this for the last time so listen carefully. NOTHING in this world matters more to me than you, nothing. I love you to bits and nothing would hurt me more than to stay away from you. I can fight with cancer, hell I can fight with everything in this world for you but I need you with me for that. I love you and there is nothing that can keep me away from you, not even you."

Manvi was speechless now. Virat just said it all. He also said the things she wanted to say. Yes she would fight with everything, even cancer if Virat was with her. She would do everything to have him with her, he was her everything. Smile crept on her lips as she realized that she too was his everything.

Two people not perfect, with problems of their own- while one of them had a past that haunted him for months the other was not sure of her future. But there was one thing they were sure of- their love for one another, their need to have each other in their lives. Both would be lost without the other. They weren't perfect yet, they were perfect for one another.

Words could not describe what Manvi felt at the moment. She made the first move and kissed Virat lightly on the lips.

How many times had Virat imagined this!? Since the past two years, day and night he wanted to be close to Manvi but he never showed that side of him. Today Manvi herself made the first move. Virat too strengthened his hold on her waist and kissed her back. For a minute both of them forgot who they were, they were engrossed in the kiss, in the moment.

I know its short but I didn't know what to write. I think I will end it in the next update.
