Also, she is good at keeping things to herself and this is not a good management skill. A good manager needs to have open communication with her team, where Siddhi doesn't believe in communicating with others and that includes her husband as well, so she being a good manager, I don't think so.

If Kunal has temper issues, she has issues with communications😆

I am sure CVS knew that people would not be able to digest Siddhi being Kunal's boss who is less qualified and less experienced than him that's why they intentionally clarified it to the audiences.

Even after the clarification, I am not really happy with it because how can Siddhi handle managing the whole legal dept when she doesn't have any prior work experience dong the same. She worked as Thankaral's assistant and fought only 3 cases of which she lost 2 of them😕
