You know what...jay and naman shah are from ekta kappoors production house, and naman shah and jay are best buddies from kasauti and kyunki times...

Naman has acted in many serial before...

I have seen him in kyunki saas, kasam se, kasauti, nach baliye and kasamse ...
And he has won kaun jeetega bollywood ticket where both jay and naman were competitors...

Does any one know more info on him...

Maybe Jay suggested him as replacement since they are friends?

Yeah i think its jay suggestion ... As both naman and jay are good friends they both have supported each other in bollywood ticket show...

Like him a lot in kyunki as nakul he has done a good job he was paired opposite anita... If anyone find the introduction song... In dinosaurs dil mera where they played in kyunki pls post it guys it was really awesome...one..

And in kasauti he was paired against krutika who plays aartis role in punanrvivah it was so cute jodi...

gud point, about jay suggesting naman,

also saw SBS segment today, Naman said he was eager for kairee coz really admired scope of the future upcoming track on kairee

and based on the poc of jay and naman, seem that they r friends,
