I didn't even realize that I read the part but didn't comment* Reserving for commentWill unres tomorrow!!!!!!!! For suree!!!---- Unres... (late I know.. but I forgot )So finally I'm commenting đAnyways..The whole part was nice! But there was one thing that I just lovedThat was the part where you were talking about Panchi and how she understands why Kiya acts the way she doesI thought that was perfectly written! And it also resembles her character..Panchi's a sweet girl, and I can very well imagine her in the situation you wrote! (=And also, another thing I just loved, was JJ =PIt was awesome how he approached everyone.. Especially KD!Calling him Keshav Desai right off the bat, taking KD by surpriseThat was awesome!!=DBut poor guy... Doesn't know that these "Junglees" are the Scions he's searching for... "unfortunately" đAnyways, nice part overall *(=Excited to read the next part, which I'm assuming will be up shortly?? đTake care Prachii <3 =DLove you đ
Anirudh looked down at the colorful table that lay below him. It took him ten years to figure out just the basics of that table that had nothing but some random -he had assumed- patterns and numbers. As a child he often traced the colorful patterns and make a sense out of it. But the pattern would end up right where it started. As he grew up, he started to get closer look at it. The patterns still looked like the second head of a normal human-being but the number started solving as his mind became adapted to the education he took at the Royal Academy. He would sit there, in his father's bedroom, and solve as much as he can when he had nothing else to do. Now after ten years he had each of them stuck at the same number and the same place. Nine. What now? Until he find those eight scions, the mystery cannot be solved. He remembered the day he came to face the mysterious, dangerous and still thrilling truth. His mind was very young back then.
Anirudh's father was one clever man. His intellectuals were very strong, and thus passed to his son. Anirudh grew up with his father. His father taught him the basics of nature, and everything that defined life. However, unfortunately his father wasn't educated enough to have solved such an astounding mystery. And so he let a generation pass and made sure his son would do his task right.
Everything he was taught was something he inhaled. But there was more to Anirudh Jaitley that wasn't just science and maths. Or literature even. It was the secret no one besides his father knew. He wished he wasn't born to such a great and terrible beauty. He wondered if he could ever use it. He could have used it once. But he failed to do so. The pain of the event was still fresh in his heart. He was right in front of him. Smiling and encouraging him. But Anirudh failed. He failed to use the gift he did been given to by nature. He failed to give his father life.
He gave up on staring at the piece of wood anymore, and went off to sleep. The challenge he will face the next day at RA is probably going to be worse than solving this little wooden table.

Kiya sat on the carpet next to her bed, painting her nails. She tried to think about how her nails shined in the pink light that came off from her floor light and not that it was her sister's fame that brought the light there. Her head jerked up, messing the nail polish, as her mother stormed in.
"Why are you not sleeping yet? It's ten already! You were suppose to be sleeping half an hour back. Do you know Aaniya has a concert tomorrow, and you are suppose to be there. What if you get dark circles?"
Kiya didn't reply. She knew how this always ends. She just nodded and started putting everything away. She looked up again when her mom didn't walk away. She was looking at the tattoo on her leg.
"Didn't I tell you to get that tattoo taken out? You know how rebellious that looks? First you get a tattoo on your leg without my permission and than you have the audacity to keep it against my wishes?"
"Mom, I did go to Doc. He said it's not ink, and it is my skin. It cannot be taken out. He even looked in to see if plastic-surgery could be done. But no. I don't know what this is!" Kiya replied.
"Bas! Aur kitna jhooth bologi? Pata nahi where the hell did you get the nasty thing carved!" He mother walked out just the way she had walked in, just a little more rudely. Kiya sighed and looked at the tattoo or mark that laid on her ankle. When she was a kid, it was just a mole. A little mole. But as she grew up, that mile started growing and taking shape. She never told anyone about it, who would listen to her anyways? It was now a beautiful half flower that adorned her ankle. She couldn't decide whether she loved it, or hated it.
Maybe some day destiny will decide it for her.

On such a boring night, without any homework, Panchi found nothing better than TV. She nimbled on her ice-cream as she watched a movie. It wasn't even a minute after the movie ended that Panchi heard the bell ring. She looked at the wall clock pointing at eleven, and wonder who could it be at such an odd hour.
"Why am I not surprised!" She mused looking at his best friend standing there with a duffel bag in his hand. "What are you doing here?"
"Come on Moti! Mujhe andar toh aane de!" He pushed himself inside the house and ran straight up to the guest bedroom. Panchi followed him and stood by the door with her arms crossed on her chest.
"Actually Moti who kya hain na..." He started just to be rudely cut off by her.
"Thoda jaldi aata toh ice-cream khane ko milti!" She said and smiled at him. Ranveer couldn't have been luckier. His family might have been ignorant to him, but he had found his own family. Panchi. His best friend. She understood everything without him having to translate into the verbal language. She just did.
"Moti kahiki!" He teased, but gave her a small smile. She glared at him and walked away to her own room, right next to it.
Ranveer lay on his bed and thought about how his best friend always managed to change his emotions. She calmed him, when he was angry. She angered him, when he was playful. She made him smile when he was sad. How could she do that? It was like he was fire, and she was water.
"That is why she is my best friend!" He whispered to no one in particular, and fell asleep.

KD stared at his brother as the little one slept. He was the most precious thing to him in the world. Everyone thought he lived for money, and that he was greedy. It wasn't true. He lived for his brother, and he was greedy for his brother's happiness. He didn't want this ten year old to grow up like he did. His life will be much simpler, and much more better.
He got up from the bed and walked to the little balcony. He was happy today. He had earned enough to buy themselves a little house ear Royal. It wasn't big, but he will try his best to keep his brother happy. Whenever he was around his brother, he could almost see what was on his mind. He could see through him crystal clear. Whenever he wanted something, an alien image will for in his mind that his brain would recognize. And his heart would then make him fulfill that wish.
His eyes unconsciously found the tattoo on his wrist. It wasn't a tattoo exactly, just looked like one. It was more of a birth-mark. A spiral. He had always wondered where that had came from. He had once asked his father too, but even he had no answer to that.
He sighed went to bed, tired from day's work. He hoped tomorrow goes smooth. He closed his eyes and laid back, to be greeted by colorful images of no one in particular. And after a while, they were gone, and he slipped into a deep slumber.
