BV has wide appeal in the small town and rural audience...for them women marrying 2nd time is a big issue. If CVs start showing Anandi immediately falling in love and being happy for her wedding.Many audience will take it negatively...so they have to show her being a sati savitry reluctent bride.

Eventually Shiv will win over Anandi but drama bhi to zarori hai na.

So no matter how much we bang our heads CVs have to keep everybody happy so they will create unecessary drama.
