Can we recover from this 'loss'?

It is not just the baby which was lost.
I felt I lost a whole lot of other things.
I lost the faith in IPK not being a typical serial. My friends always used to tell me it is a serial after all and I would fight with them saying 'No it is very different'. Today that difference was lost with this sensational angle they took of killing a womb. While losing the baby is good for Anjai's future and she can walk away from Shyam a free bird, the idea f the father mercilessly killing a child was pathetic. Seeing a pregnant woman tortured was pathetic.
Another loss was for the hope of this beautiful character called Khushi getting any justice in this serail. From day 1 I have hoped this girl will get her due in getting sympathy and attention for her sufferings at a tender age and her resilient approach to fighting it. But seeing today, I have no hopes as it will once again take the path of Khushi being neglected for Anjali
My hopes of a dream wedding for ARHI alsogot lost. With all this mess ruining the mood who will enjoy the joyus mood.
My last remaining faith in the CVs for writing a script that had the difference and magic of before also was lost. Today I stand corrected in my faith that IPK is ever going to have that streak of genius that once made it my breath and soul
My enthusiasm that was so resilient for so many months was lost, because now I may watch but I don't know if I will feel the passion.
So how will we recover from this loss?
Is it a momentary thing that many like me are feeling?
Will things come back to normal when they show more of Arnav and Khushi?
Will they balance this loss somehow by showing Anjali becoming stronger and exposing Shyam. Then Anjali finding someone else and getting settled down.
Will they show Arnav and Khushi's bond becoming stronger to deal with this blow together?
Will they show Shyam's ultimate and pathetic punishment which will vindicate our 'loss'?
If so when and how soon will they show it?
As we know all of the above has to happen in the next 2 months at least to have an effect. What is the point of receiving first aid when the wounded is already on the verge of dying?
So as I see it, IPK can recover from this loss of viewers (I am assuming quite a few will quit) and loss of faith, only if they do all of the above in the correct order at the correct time.
What do you think?

They should not drag the Shyam track too long, otherwise it will again backfire like the MU and kidnapping track (which were dragged too long). Infact this loss should be portrayed as the beginning of the end for Shyam.

No we will not.
Our loss is someones gain.
So for that special someone we have to be heart broken every single day.
There is no possibility of ArShi happy marraige.
There is no possibility that Arnav will understand the worth of Khushi.
There is no possibility that Khushi will get attention.

Even if there is a remarriage I don't think I ll be happy watching the two of them come together. It was meant to be happy after so many tornadoes . No feel good factor anymore

i am disheartened. They messed up terribly yaar. I really really hope ,they have a good script how to reform the ill they committed & bring back the miffed viewers. Irony of the story, Anjali first marriage, Their mom died & marriage called off.. now Arshi marriage, Anjali's baby death. What will be the outcome a big ?

If u went through the forum today.. u would have seen almost all of us r saying RIP or farewell to IPKKND...

I think this is d first time it happened at this great scale..

Can they really recover?
As I said earlier also I just lost any respect for this serial.. Nothing to be proud of being a IPKKND serial fan.. but No one can beat our Arshi.. Only this last hope remains..

And yes if anjali somehow within next month come to know about all the dirty secrets of shyam and there is very outstanding outburst of anjali to shyam then may be it will reach its hike again..

Then a big sorry to our khushi from anjali.. to not believe her ( a woman should know the pain of another woman)

And if this marriage called off also .. I want to see arnav in uttermost pain without having khushi in his life ..

I am giving IPKKND only one month for all of these.. :)

but I wont keep hoping a bit.. ( i cant be silly again.. )

shattered faith - I liked positivity of the show. They have decided to change the demographic of their audience by showing this - I don't belong to that demographic.

I will watch - yes I will, but with Fast forwarding and frustration as well - not because I don't want to see other characters, not because I don't feel other people's (character's) Pain, but because I don't like watching such drama.

Most of all - this does not fit original IPK - the thing that i fell in love with. I watched it for entertainment, for good love story and for lead actors - but in the end what made it different from other shows was that I didn't get irritated with faulty logic and dumb characters - with the villain always having upper hand. But IPK is all that now. It seems like Kekta came back with a bang ------ past decade of television history repeated, and that too on my lovely IPK.

Its killed, at least the original thing is killed.
