I think the CVs are giving us a sign by doing that..
Maybe arnav will blame himself for not being able to help anjali...
So he might stop the re-marriage to concentrate on Anjali and her health..
I hope that this doesn't happen, but I really think that it had a significance
I think arnav will leave khushi or something..
