After watching the E24 and SBB segment
nothing would happen except for some cuts to pujali (Anjali) on her foot she wont fall and get miscarriage but in the SBB segment in the end we saw Arnav running so
he may prevent her fall
im hoping no no baby loss too much crying
plus remarriage can be pushed back as u can thave marriage then ther eis loss of life so thats not a possiblilty
(Purely my rational thinking)
It will just give Anjali a bit odf shock loss of self confidence and dadi may push for damaji rant again

but amoung all this
but what would happen is the effect of her injury on Arnav
The guy is in love he is getting his happiness he is looking forward to a new life with the one he loves but because he was enjoying himself he was not on a look out for his di
she landed in this accident
the guilt of that is what he would deal with
