please help

i have noticed that the video uploads are very different than the episodes i watch. are these uploads the same as the USA ones? i missed the one for 8/18/06 but currently it is where everyone comes to find out that saloni got into a car accident on her way to meet chandni and salonis husbands brother n wife go to scene of the accident.
i want to know what happens but am unsure if the videos uploaded here are different than the ones that im watching.

any help will be highly appreciated.

No the video update which says India update is not same as US. We r about a month behind the India episodes. Hope this helps. I am also in the US. Before you post messages make sure u read the rules or else no one will reply. Thanks.
