She is none other than Shilpi Sharma, who made her debut in 'Jo Bole So Nihaal' and later starred in films like 'Style' and also endorsed several brands.

Her role in 'Heroine' is being pegged as a surprise package and something that director Madhur Bhandarkar didn't want to reveal before the release of the film.
