Arnav: khushi?
Khushi: hi akash, we need to talk!

Meanwhile payal had stepped in AR corp and was about to enter arnavs office wen she saw khushi, she cudnt go inside like this ' looking like payal' but wat was khushi doing here? And why didn't she tell her she was going to meet arnav!? Payal quitely went back home and msged arnav that she saw khushi and went as she didn't want her to misunderstand anything bcoz she herself wanted to talk to khushi.




Arnav: hey, u here?
Khushi: I cudnt sleep all night. 'She said while sitting on one of the comfortable sofas present in his office'

Nothing was awkward with her and arnav and she treated his cabin as if it belonged to her, the way she sat on the sofa, picked up magazines, flickered through pages, got up and stood facing towards the glass windows all the while that she was taking to him. The atmosphere was light, she felt as if she cud trust akash a.k.a arnav and his words were assuring last night, even when he bluntly stated he was the smartest! Huh too much arrogance but only he cud pull it off making it look sexy and not a turn off. She was alien to her feelings at the moment, she didn't really understand them. It wasn't something like what she had with nk, something similar, along those lines maybe but nk was her brother and now knowing that she was not going to marry arnav she felt light. Eventhough akash a.k.a arnav didn't show it to her but she understood he cared, took matters seriously and didn't consider her ideas vague and childish.

Khushi: all night ive been thinking how we will confront arnav, explain him things.. what if he doesn't like payal? It will all be my fault!! My stupidity, my selfishness… I wud never forgive myself even though I know peej will… im such a mess and I usually don't let ppl know that I feel weak and need to talk to someone, maybe bcoz I always have peej with me but today I cant talk to her either… and nk, yes he knows the situation but he doesn't understand it the way u do…

Just then khusi realized she had expressed her inner feelings to him, which was not right. She never gets weak and NEVER tells anyone about her inner feelings. Shes a fighter and does not need someone to pacify her. But something made her come here and say all this to the man standing infront of her. She looked at him with a hurt expression and he understood.

Arnav was not a man of many words, he wanted ppl to understand him but they never did. And today this girl gave him so much respect by telling him about her insecurities, she wasn't whining, she wasn't complaining.. she was "letting go" the burden on her shoulder and was trusting him with this information. Question was "what to do now, how to console her not making it look sympathetic"

He walked towards her as she was standing near the glass walls and took her small hand in his. He gestured with his eyes indicating that they shud sit on the sofa and talk.

Khushi was scared now, she didn't want to lose whatever they had between them just bcoz he wud sympathize. They quietly sat on the sofa arnav still holding her hand and turned towards her to talk.

Arnav: khushi I told u yesterday I will handle it and u need not worry, then why r u bothering urself with such baseless questions.

Yes "baseless" was the word… khushi looked up at him. He didn't sympathize and say "everything will be alright" OR "we will make it alright" OR "lets think of something to fix it" he said her worries were BASELESS which means he didn't think she was being selfish. No one has EVER told her that she is wrong and what she is thinking is stupid not even payal or nk, if it were someone else they wud have been punched directly in the face. But she felt good hearing these words from his mouth.

Arnav somehow understood she wanted to take her words bak, a trait they had in common, never let anyone know about ur weakness's. he knew he assured her 'everything will be fine' without even using these words and not sounding sympathetic. He continued….

Arnav: im glad u come here to meet me, its nice to start ur day by seeing a gorgeous face in the morning.

Khushi gave him a slight smile as she knew he was trying to lighten the mood.

Khushi: thanku.. "not just for the compliment but for everything - khushi thought"

That's all she said and it was sure that this topic is further not to be discussed!

One thing they didn't notice since then was that "the touch" was back, the same feeling they had felt before. First the coffee shop, then the park, then at the meeting and then at the caf. Arnav and khushi both remembered their encounters.

Arnav: coffee?

Khushi: don't u have an empire to run mr raizada….? "she said with a naughty smile.

Arnav: like I said i saw a gorgeous face in the morning, feeling good and the "empire" can wait coz im the boss.

With that arnav stood up and walked towards the door. It was understood that he wudnt listen to a no so khushi silently followed him. The office was empty and no one was there to witness that their boss was going for coffee with a GIRL. And it was a known fact that the great ASR was never bothered about women, let alone taking them for coffee.

They reached at the coffee shop that was near the park they go for jogging.

Khushi: oh u know what, I come here everyday in the morning for coffee and then head for a jog!

Arnav: I know, I bumped into u the other day. U wore a yellow tang top, black nike pyjammas and a shrug was tied on ur waist.

*khushi got a flashback*

Khushi turned around to leave when she slightly bumped into someone. She was so engrosed in her convo with payal that she didn't notice first but a particular phrase took her attention.

Arnav: what the...

But the guy didn't turn and strode towards the counter.

Khushi turned in anger. Who the hell was about to abuse and that to HER! Khushi kumari gupta. But she actually had turned bcoz that touch was electrifying and she wanted to see him.

He was wearing a grey sweat shirt and his dark brown hair were so attractive and messed up. His V shapped back and she cud see his well built fore arms. She wanted to see his face and went towards him to turn him around.

Khushi stood behind him and was about to pat his shoulder when she heard him.

Arnav: no that wasn't for u, some idiot bumped into me.

Akash: who was it, a girl?

Arnav: stop it akash! I don't care if it was a girl, boy or some gay.

Khushi got offended from his words, had he not felt what she felt. She wanted to reply angrily to that guy and give him a piece of her mind when payal called.

Arnav was already late for jogging and hadn't had coffee yet which meant he was in a super bad mood. He bumped into someone while he was on call with akash, although he didn't see who it was but wanted to. Stupid akash diverted his mind but the touch was electrifying and he had goosebumps on his arms. This never happened to him NEVER... Ofcourse it was a girl he felt her soft milky skin on his arm . Arnav took his coffee and went for jogging shaking all thoughts away and thinking about his father.

*flashback ends*

Khushi: oh I remember that… and hey "what the" r u out of ur mind. Never abuse a girl like that.

Arnav: excuse me firstly I didn't complete the sentence u perv and secondly I didn't know it was a girl, I was talking about something very important on the phone.

Just then arnav remembered he had to tell khushi the truth! Khushi was giving him a 1000 watts smile, enjoying the moment, more like cherishing it and he didn't want to spoil it for her but he had to.

Arnav: khushi I want to tell u something.. maybe confess something..

ok so thats it for the time being!! yes the 2 girls who got it right that it was khushi didnt ask her any thing and asked me to continue on my own the way i liked... and and thank *AMYROCKS* a.k.a amy 😛 its becos of her u guys got an update tonight.. otherwise i was being quite lazy 😳
