Peekay: If you were waiting for Aamir and Imran, it isn't happening

Makers of the movie 'Peekay' have denied rumours that Aamir Khan and his nephew, actor Imran Khan were likely to be seen together on screen for the first time, in Raju Hirani s upcoming film. Aamir and Anushka Sharma have been finalized for the movie.

However, according to sources close to the project, there were talks with Imran regarding Peekay. His screen test was also supposed to happen. Earlier Aamir had cast Imran in his home production film 'Jaane Tu Yaa Jaane Na' and Delhi Belly which placed Imran among top rung actors in the industry.

"We haven't approached Iman. He is busy with his film 'Once Upon A Time in Mumbai 2' and there is no discussion at all," a spokesperson said. It was also being speculated that when Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh didn t show much interest in the role, Aamir had suggested Imran's name.
