Muskaan returned home much late'throughout party she had been searching for Vivaan'tried his cell too but it wasn't answered'.finally giving up she & Adi came back home' guessing he might be tired & came back home.

As Muskaan was going towards her room'she was surprised to see lights on in Vivaan's room'as she entered she saw Vivaan nowhere' for once she got worried & was abt to leave & inform Aditya abt it'but she sighed in relief as she saw Vivaan on terrace as she was turning to leave.

As muskaan came closer she was surprised to see Vivaan standing there lost in thots'not even realizing he is getting wet due to constant drizzling' though it was not raining as harder as earlier but still drizzling enough to make person wet.

Vivaan enjoys the light breeze in the air as well as the view from the terrace as he stands there lost in thots' as Saachi had left from the party he also headed home'already his tolerance level was beginning to fail him. He never did well with crowds, especially ones with the most obnoxious of people he had ever met'. Top of it'in the party hall he cud still see Sonia lurking inside on a hunt to find him, he'd rather prefer to celebrate the rest of his birthday here outside or alone at a place where no one can locate him.

Slowly a grin adorns his lips as he relives a particular moment which had occurred just seconds ago'. He accepted it long ago'. that Saachi still drives him absolutely crazy that it amazes him of how much of an effect she still has on him'.. She is a real piece of work'.

He has no qualms in accepting that in all these years he has met many girls'right from his school,college, workplace'even when he was in US '.but he's never met the likes of her before'.He had liked her when he had seen her 5 yrs back in kasauli & still likes her'infact more than ever'

Her personality is what makes her unique, there was surely something in her that makes her stand out, be it her eyes, her smile, her innocence'or her stubbornness that he has seen today' everything makes her so valuable'

He wants her'& he knows it' his mind is set on determination to get her'no matter how much Saachi has refused a hour ago'but he cud easily make out'that they both clearly desire for one another' if he isn't mistaken by how she had responded to his kisses with absolute no protest. Saachi's refusal just fills him with ambition to have her'.today at the party from the moment he had laid his eyes on her, it was as if he could see nothing else but her and only her. Nothing else mattered to him'.

Muskaan(guessed something is wrong so she interrupted)'baat kya hai Vivaan?

Muskaan'just'(sternly) come on Vivaan, apni di se jooth bolne ki zarut nahi hai'tum pakde jate ho'So come on out with it'baat kya hai? (seeing him still silent Muskaan sighed) Saachi ne kuch kaha tumhe? (Vivaan gave him a surprised look) what? Vivaan narrated her what had happened an hour back 'ofcourse leaving out the kiss part

As Vivaan kissed her'for Saachi, it had been like all those 5yrs have vanished & time travelled back & she was still same Saachi who had been madly in love with Vivaan. He still had same effect on her which made her weak on her knees.
All 5 years of anger, pain, hurt, heartbreak didn't seem to suppress her love for him' Only she herself knows how much she had yearned for Vivaan. Days, months, years she had waited for him & now when he is so close she doesn't have the heart to move away.

A part of mind still functioning , so wanted to fight with Vivaan, show her anger, her aloofness to him'but he affected her mind & heart too much to let any other feeling overpower the feeling of love. With him around she still becomes the same 18yr old Saachi.

Both didn't even realized when it had started raining making them wet'it was only when they separated for air'& Vivaan had asked the question' "Do You still Love Me??" that broke the moment'

Saachi came back to reality & almost pushed him back'all memories came back to her, how he had pushed her back, how he broke her heart, how he easily he had refused to accept her love.

She turned the other side & was abt to leave'when Vivaan stopped her.

Saachi(tried to free her hand'but he didn't let it go)--maine tumhe pehle bhi kaha tha Vivaan , its all over'ab

Both knew it themselves that Saachi is just buying time, truth they both knew'there was love 5 yrs back also'its there even now also'Saachi knew she still loves Vivaan, infact she never stopped loving'its just she wants to be extra careful this time'

Next morning Saachi woke up late than usual' after fighting herself , fighting with her heart'..she fell asleep too late'as everytime she closed her eyes'she cud see Vivaan's face appearing before her smirking & repeating the same question "you still Love me Na!!

She regrets for allowing him to have his way with her last night'. She didn't know why she had given in so easily'why she had let her hear t rule her once again' She barely put up a protest to his antics at the party'. his charm possibly worked on her once again 'similarly the way it was 5 yrs back' Her heart wanted to believe what all he had said'he sounded genuine when he apologized'but her mind warned against it'she was so confused'only if she had been strong enough to stay away from Vivaan'

As she reaches the office'she becomes aware of all pairs of eyes staring at her'she wondered is it only her feeling or her colleagues are really giving her strange looks'she knows every1 had seen him dancing with the boss' She mentally curses Vivaan, If having him come back in her life wasn't enough'he is now set out to ridicule her in front of everyone'. What must everyone think of her now' becoming cautious of all eyes on her, she just gave them formal smile'using her sleek hair as a curtain to protect herself from the focused set of eyes'. She quickens her pace so she can get out of the spotlight and hide behind the sanctuary of her cabin not to be bothered'. She clutches onto the file in her hands and walked to the elevators'

On approaching the heavy doors and pressing the button, Saachi stands impatiently waiting for the lift to arrive in the meanwhile still avoiding everyone's gazes in the lobby'. She can hear the faint whispers around her and feels the tips of her ears burn'. She looks up desperately to see what floor the elevator is on' but is distracted on hearing flirtatious giggles joined by a masculine chuckle fluttering about'..Intrigued, She turns around' looking over her shoulder, and is widely captivated by the sight of Vivaan'all fresh, looking as good & charming as ever looking dashing and smart in a black sophisticated suit ' in spite of herself, she blushes dark red on seeing him'By now she can admit, black indeed does justice to his looks '

She snaps out of her lost daze'as along with Vivaan she notices Sonia, stuck to his side like glue, and openly flirting with their superior boss' However, seeing Anjali, (Aditya's PA) on his other side takes her by surprise and she finds herself disliking how comfortable Sonia is around him or the admiring looks she throws his way'.

She fumes as they walk toward the elevators as well and she angrily turns back around with the image of his smirk taunting her greatly as she realized Vivaan must have seen his reaction' She wishes with all her might that she can wipe that silly pompous look off his face'.

Saachi(to herself)'how shameless'raat ko kitni sharafat se sorry-sorry ho raha tha'😡😡 & look at him here'.huh!! (she hated the sight of him with the two) but i forgot whom i am expecting to change 😡😡

Saachi is brought out of her thots as she cud hear Sonia's voice'

Sonia'dats so funny Vivaan, who knew you had such a good sense of humor'. Now you promise you will take me there' I am holding you to your word

She had double mind of taking stairs'instead of sharing the elevators' but is relieved on hearing the ding of the elevator go off at that very moment... She hurriedly enters once hearing their voices approach.

Vivaan(smiled)-- I would love to take you now if I could. But I'm a man with responsibilities. We will call it a rain check'

As Saachi turns to push her desired floor'. She is startled with the sudden clash of gray eyes. She sees his gleaming eyes almost staring her'& reading her irritation'

He diverts his attention back to the ladies beside him once Anjali chirps in' breaking their brief eye contact.

Anjali'Vivaan sir, don't forget me. I would very much love to go too'.

Saachi angrily looks the other way as they join her as well into the lift and tries her best to be on the corner most position of lift'she tries her best not to hear their conversation' & she silently wishes that they all shud ignore her' but her wish is dashed'as Anjali friendly greets her'& cheerfully acknowledges her.

Anjali--: Good morning Saachi 'How are you?

Saachi wanted to say 'wats good abt the morning'but refrained herself instead politely returns the bright smile she flashes her way'carefully avoiding looking at the man next to her

Saachi'I am good' And you?

Anjali(cheerfully)--: I'm just great. Lovely morning so far isn't it'The weather is great outside for once...

Saachi gives an agreeing smile and becomes aware of a certain pair of eyes watching her carefully'. She nervously tucks a strand of her hair behind her ear'.

Anjali--: How was your weekend? '. Did you come for sir's birthday party last night? 'wasn't it good'surely bestest I ever attended'

Before Saachi can even answer her, an interrupting voice startles her'.

Vivaan'Thanku so much 4 appreciating'& Of course she came'.she even gave me a rather pleasant birthday gift as well'. And if I can say (imitating Anjali) it was the bestest I had gotten as of yet'

Saachi's eyes quickly meet his and she flushes from the intensity of his look and the underlined hint in his tone 😛😛 '. She also becomes aware of both Anjali & sonia's intrigued gazes on her, causing her to grow even more uncomfortable by the second.

Anjali-- Really? I didn't see you there Saachi'

Vivaan(teasing)-- She was particularly enjoying the party'. Weren't you Miss Saachi? 😈

Saachi scowls while glaring hard at him and becomes infuriated even further as a victory smile adorns his lips' the same lips she had kissed less than twelve hours ago. She becomes even more aware of Sonia's interest into the building topic.

Anjali--: Well it was surely a wonderful party, sir. One of the best I have been to.

Vivaan (grins)-- The credit goes to your boss Adi sir'

Sonia(with a hint of jealousy asked Saachi)--What did you get him

Saachi burns under Sonia's scrutinizing eyes and slowly shares a look with Vivaan, who simply gives her a prodding look'as if daring her to answer it. 😛😛

Saachi (stammers)-- G-get who what?

Sonia (rolling her eyes)'ofcourse for Vivaan, What did you get for his birthday?

Saachi assumes Sonia feels threatened by the mere proposition that anyone could possibly have given a better gift to Vivaan than hers. She finds herself basking in this small advantage in this security of Sonia's, for once enjoying to hassle her in this way, even if it's not intentional. She doesn't know why Sonia's mere presence irritates her to no end

Saachi(casually)--Nothing extravagant'.

She replies purposely, almost mocking Sonia, 😆😆 she neither would reveal the truth nor create a lie to cover herself up' She decides that leaving the idea a mystery to Sonia would drive her insane'😆😆 something that she would particularly enjoy seeing... To her satisfaction, Saachi sees a murderous look form on Sonia's raging face as she angrily crosses her arms.

Admist replying Sonia, she missed the intrigued look and smirk present on Vivaan's face

The ringing of the elevator cuts through the momentary silence that presides between them and Anjali looks to see what floor they have arrived on'

Anjali--: Oh, here's finances Sonia'our floor. I've got to get those spreadsheets to Adi air'come along'it wud need ur signatures'

Sonia seems to not want to leave judging by the alarmed look on her face as she looks from Saachi to Vivaan'. Hesitance spreads across her face and before she can make any protest, Anjali almost drags her along'wishing good day to both'leaving the cart alone to Vivaan and Saachi

As the steel doors close, dread fills inside of Saachi and she is wary of the silence that unfolds between them'She becomes alarmed once she sees Vivaan approaching her in slow steps. Stubbornly she looks the other way' refusing to meet his eyes.

Vivaan(mockingly)'So, nothing extravagant, huh? 😈

Her eyes quickly clash with his' Seeing a strand of her hair fall into her face'before Saachi cud respond' Vivaan moves to remove it and becomes momentarily smitten by her silky hair, playing with her long black tresses' only to be interrupted as saachi smacked, pushing his hand away'.

Saachi(stubbornly)--: I didn't lie, did I?😡

Vivaan'ofcourse not, surely you didn't'(cupping her cheek and stroking it softly with his thumb) It was much more than that' wasn't it?

She remains speechless' unable to say anything due to the distraction of his intense eyes'. Vivaan leans in closer and begins to nuzzle her neck' creating havoc inside her, who burns internally by this. She feels dazed from the closeness of his body near hers, slipping away from reality and focused on only this one moment'.she cud hear Vivaan asking

Vivaan'So, kya socha'😛😛

Saachi(absent mindedly)'kis bare mein?

Her own body betrays her as she reacts to the feel of his hands on her waist and gentle nuzzling and places her arms around him, drawing him closer'giving him invite to continue.

Vivaan (chuckled)'ofcourse humare baare mein'.

Saachi finds herself pushed against the wall of the lift'they were to close & they wud have almost kissed only if Vivaan had immediately pulled himself back'

Saachi, was surprised by Vivaan's sudden action'she realized when the elevators dinged again'.

Vivaan(maintaining a decent distance)--Your floor'.

She burns crimson under his transfixed gaze and pushes him aside to run out of the lift as quick as possible'

Vivaan cudn't help but smile seeing her running as if some1 was behind her'😆😆

It took few minutes to Saachi to compose herself'she curses herself for letting Vivaan effect her so much'if it continues like this'it wud be soon enough Vivaan will make her confess'this time before she takes a decision she wants to inform her parents wants to discuss with them it was them who had supported her during that time now she cant let them down once again before committing or confessing she needs to wait for her parents'

She pushed away all thots & made herself busy in work'momentarily she forgot all her emotional turmoil...already she had tough time dealing the gossips in office which started off after last party '

It was around lunch when she received a call from Anjali' informing Sir, wants to see the Goa project file'

Saachi knocked the door & peeked inside' expecting Aditya to greet her cheerfully' but is surprised to hear a firm & official "come in"' Saachi smiles and walks on over to desk, where he is seated in his revolving black chair' it's back faced to her.

Saachi--: sir, you wanted the file on the Goa project?

Vivaan'yes Miss Saachi' Take a seat'

Saachi still didn't realized it was not Aditya'she sat exactly opposite from him across the desk,

Saachi(uncertainly)--Sir?

She is in for a shock as the revolving chair turn and reveal himself to her'. Saachi stares thunderstruck at the man across from her.. who smirks handsomely at her & continues playing with the crystal paper weight.

Saachi'tum?..😲😲 .tum yaha kya kar rahe ho'😲 Adi sir kaha hai?

His fingers become still around the crystal weight and he raises a brow at her, causing her to flush involuntarily at the way he looks at her with those intense pair of eyes.

Vivaan'Saachi u really amaze me every time 😆😆 'r u sure tumhe koi bhoolne ki bimaari nahi hai'😛😛 tumhe baar baar yaad dilana padta hai'I am the boss here'😆😆 '(smirked) as 4 ur Adi sir, he has other business to attend.

Saachi: par tum yaha kya kar rahe ho'😡😡 its his cabin'.

Vivaan(teased)'why? Mujhe yaha dekhar bura laga?... You are displeased with me being here? 😛😛 '. I thought it wouldn't matter. What is the difference whether you report to your Adi sir or me? I am your boss just the same'.😊😊 (his eyes glinting at her)

Saachi holds back on commenting on this to avoid any further conversion with the man'already since morning he has been a sure trouble for her' The sooner she leaves, the better'.giving him the file'

She simply states, pointing this out to him and hoping to bring things to a professional level. Taking it'& reads it seriously'

His eyes rise from the documents in front of him and stares at her with those wide captivating eyes that nearly make her breathless.

Vivaan-- Then may I ask why you are staring me down like a hawk 😆😆😆'

Saachi(embarrassed..😳😳 still composed herself)-- May I leave, sir? (abt to leave)

Vivaan stands up' from his chair and flipping through the pages of the file'Saachi quietly watches him with cat like eyes as he reads briefly and then walks around the large working desk, sitting against the edge in front of her.

Vivaan-- Not quite yet miss saachi '(closing the file) Have you had lunch yet?

Saachi(taken aback)'ermm 'yes!!

Vivaan (raises a brow) 'akele'😛

Saachi'kyun, aapko invitation card bhejna zaroori tha'.

Vivaan'nahi, sirf ek phone kar deti 😆😆 'I wud have joined u'

Vivaan inching closer'face nearly centimeters from hers' his eyes glinting hard at her, and his hands gripping onto the armrests of her chair' She feels his breath fan her face as he speaks'.

Vivaan(questioned)--& I am not included in the list 😛'.

Saachi can feel her whole face burning by the look in his eyes'😳😳 . However, she reminds herself to remain composed when around this man...when he is such close... 😛😆 He is vile. '😆😆😆

Saachi(instead of answering... tried pushing him back)'mere lunch plans mein why u are interested' 😕

Vivaan'No specific reason' (shrugs) Just simple concern for an employee'. (added after pause) if it makes u feel good' I had wished to have some company for lunch' but seems I will have to ask someone else instead'.

Saachi(blurts)'ofcourse Sonia wud be waiting for the opportunity (instantly she regretted as she saw the smile on his face)

Vivaan(stated simply)--I had thought of asking Anjali instead' (smiles) She is a lovely woman, very charming and beautiful'Nahi

Saachi(had enough she cant take it more): I am leaving "Sir", mujhe aur bhi kaam hai'rather than sit & chit chat'

As she turns around to do so' she feels a grip on her wrist holding her back. Looking over her shoulder, she sees Vivaan giving her a taunting look.

Vivaan(teased)'I love it when u get angry so fast'😛😛 as I always say' "gusse mein aur khoonsurat ho jati ho'(pulls on her lower arm' drawing her back towards him and chuckles at the angry expression on her face' He softly runs his fingers through her silky strands) aur main tumse poochunga toh I am sure u will say you are neither jealous of Sonia nor Anjali for the matter' phir yeh gussa kisliye?

Saachi(pushes his hand away) -- tumhe galatfahmi hai koi, main naraaz nahi hoon...aur mujhe koi fark nahi padta'. I could care less about what you do with Sonia, anjali or any other woman for the matter'😡😡 You are at liberty to do as you wish' Who am I to stop you? 😡😡

Vivaan takes a hold of her chin into her fingers'steering her face to meet his. His thumb rubs gently against her smooth fair skin' sending tingles inside of her.

Vivaan--Does this have anything to do with what happened this morning 😛😛 '(She stubbornly looks the other way, refusing to look him in the eyes'.and silently gives him his answer) waise tumhari knowledge ke liye jaisa tumhare dimaag mein chal raha hai'😉😆 waisa kuch nahi hai'😆😆 actually our company has opened a new restaurant just recently' It's been getting a lot of good reviews'. Both the ladies were simply interested and wished to visit some time'. That is all'😊😊

Vivaan smiles to himself'😊😊 . Her lips say one thing, but her eyes speak something completely different'😛😛

Vivaan(making her look at her)--: I think you do'. And not just that, but I think you want something else than what you are telling yourself to believe'

Saachi'matlab?😕

She goes nervous wreck once again as she sees his face stops nearing as he is an inch away' his gaze never leaving hers.

Vivaan'Tumne bataya nahi na'tumse sawaal poocha tha na...I am still waiting 😛

Saachi'I thot I asked for time'

Vivaan---fine'in dat case, let me ask something else something easy 😛😛 (almost whispering making her heart hammer fast) Do u like when I do this Saachi'.

(Saachi feels a wave of shivers run down her back as she hears her name from his lips'.She can hear the drumming of her own heart and watches dumbfound as he closes in on the little space between them and kisses her sweetly in the crook of her neck'. )

And this? (His kisses lead lower down her neck and Saachi's eyes close as she savors the feel of his lips brushing against her skin) What about this? (takes her by the waist and kissing her feverishly on her lips)'

She feels her knees buckle and almost leans on him to support herself, resting her hands against his chest. He gathers her close in his arms, making it nearly impossible for her to escape'if she wanted to' Her body is pressed against his chest and her hands that rested there before begin to slowly move up to his shoulders. His hand travels up her silky hair and then caressing the back of her neck'.

Just as soon as her hands circle around his neck, the noise of turning of the doorknob knocks some reality into Vivaan who immediately pulls apart' freeing her from his arms, and straightening his coat'.

Saachi, who is startled by all of this is frazzled and confused by his reaction until she hears the door swing wide open and turns around'.. She blushes red ☺️ as straightens her own appearance, fixing her hair as she sees Aditya entering into his office with a bright smile on his usual cheery face'😃😃😃

Aditya (pushing the door open): Sorry things took so long Vivaan' You wanted to go out to lunch...chale...? (noticing Saachi) Oh, Hi Saachi'what a surprise'.What brings you here?

Saachi (smiles & looks at him with slight puzzlement)--apne hi toh bulaya tha, anjali ne kaha tha

Aditya (confused himself)'maine??😕

Saachi'ofcourse sir, anjali ne kaha tha 'Sir wants to see Goa project file'(cudn't understand why Aditya is not recollecting)😕😕

Vivaan(interrupting)--: jiju, hume aaj ki date mein hi lunch karna hai, 😛😛 & incase u forgot di humara wait kar rahi hai'.already unka do baar phone aa chuka hai...(almost dragging him along) Unki dant se bachna hai toh chale'.warna raat ko dinner bhi nahi milega... 😆😆

Aditya switches his attention from a confused Saachi and over to his brother-in-law 😛😛 who gives him a prodding look. He nods his head in agreement. Saachi also looks over to Vivaan, who briefly meets her eye' The spark in his eyes gives her the answer she is searching for.😈

Aditya (checking his watch)'oh teri 😲 aisa sach mein ho sakta hai 😆😆 thanx 4 reminding saale saab, lets go (to saachi)I'll see you later my dear. (sweetly) bye'

Saachi remained rooted to her spot'watching their leaving backs'.

Once Aditya leaves from sight... Vivaan halts near the door' looks over his shoulder, and gives her a wink'.😉

She remains shocked by his antics and the way he had fooled her.😲😲😲 The goa file was all an excuse. 😲😲 Color flushes to her cheeks and she stomps out from the room herself, looking flustered'.😳😳 .
