idk, maybe she's nervous ?! idk why but i highly doubt Purvi's gonna give up on Arjun, after all that the two have gone through, even if Purvi goes and asks Arjun to marry Ovi for her " better health" Arjun obviously isn't going to agree, and Archana isn't backing out from this wedding either

i think purvi got to know about the suicide attempt by ovi...and she wanted to tell this to arjun...i really dont want that purvi will know about the deal of ovi and she will sacrifice arjun for ovi or to unite her aai-baba...

purvi heard everything about deal and precape purvi worry may be she said to arjun about it or she think about it...but purvi heard everything its sure ,she is going to tell to arjun or think about it in own mind
