guys dr mallika will be bak in KGH not as a doctor but as a patient so b ready for the more torture drama coz offcourse r beloved Ashu will b sittin next to her all the time takin care of her as he is so much into friendship that he forgets all other relations

if u c sbs there is a scene where mallika is lyin on hospital bed ashutosh readin his fine n nidhi standin on a side n he is either instructin nidhi or scoldin her
