Characters
Yash Sindhiya -
Age : 27. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Delhi. He's a gentleman, married to Arpita Deshmukh when he was 12. (Arpi was Balika Vadhu, lol ).
Arpita dies when she was merely 20 and poor Yash doesn't believe in love anymore.
Aarti Sharma -
Journalist, happy-go-lucky girl. Age : 25
She is a bubbly girl always making people smile. She's an orphan but mingles with everyone in her apartment. She hates Yash to the core due to some rift b/w them. She doesn't like how Yash is always serious, sticking to rules & catches her when she does something wrong. She is also Yash's neighbour.
Raj Saxena- Age : 27.
He is also a cop, friend of Yash. He likes Aarti as a friend and tries to convince his friends.
Palak, Payal, Ansh - Children of Prashant Sindhiya, Yash's brother who died in a war.
Shobha Sindhiya- She's Yash's mother & her main goal is to get Yash married again.
Sukrithi-
Aarthi's best friend.
Other characters.
Plot : Yash considers himself as a widower, though in reality there was never a pati-patni relationship between him & Arpita. He doen't like Aarti's childish antics. He cares a lot about PayLak, Ansh who are his dead brothers children & lives with his widowed mother Shobha. To his disappointment Aarti is his neighbour.
Shobha knows that Yash is not marrying because he is worried about the kids. She thinks Aarti can look after them well & wants to hook them up.
Will love blossom between these unlikely persons forms the story.
