Actually Ashok Mehta worked as the cinematographer of Dil Ka Rishta, the story of which was written by Vrinda Rai. So even she knew him... Aishwarya's brother Aditya was also there.. he was the producer of the film.

If she had lost it super fast, then people would be complaining about her using doctors and being lazy.

Because she's not super skinny, people are still complaining. Can't win either way.
