I have always felt that Siddhi is at fault mainly because she got them into this situation by signing the deal with Richa. I still can't understand why she could not tell Kunal about Richa and her evil plan to separate them.. And also, Kunal was not particularly helpful when he was in jail. He was in his mute avatar w/o giving Siddhi any ideas as to how to handle Rohit. So, don't blame her completely for taking the decision to sign the deal on her impulse. She was scared for Kunal and wanted him out with his family and did not think of her life or even Kunal's life w/o her. Well, CVs wanted them separated and in the process butchered all characters that came along. For that, I think Siddhi has suffered 9 long yrs in jail separated even from her 2 children w/o anyone to care for her.
Kunal was not completely at fault either. He was not aware of Richa's deal with Siddhi. Did not trust Siddhi when she was blaming him,, did not trust Richa when she said Siddhi tried to send the baby away from him. But I think he did not have anything in favour of Siddhi except his heart which said Siddhi is his life!! I understand he only tolerated the witch only for the sake of his mother. But should not have allowed her inside his bedroom or to touch her. After Friday's episode, I felt neither is at fault.. they both love each other too much and that love made them do stupid things. Siddhi signing the deal was stupid but was out of love for Kunal and Kunal becoming a wastrel was stupid but was out of love and helplessness.
If both are at fault, it is also true that neither is at fault!!!
