Why I have a strong feeling like this is because I believe these are the quintessential feelings of one "normal" (i.e. not vamp) woman to another. For any "normal" woman, it is natural to sense/feel the pain that other pregnant woman experiences. She can understand the need of care and support that the preg. woman has - doesn't mater if this woman herself has born any child or not, but, only a woman can understand what it takes to carry and deliver a baby. Men- however caring they may be, can't have an iota of it. Nidhi is a doctor also, so she has more knowledge of theoretical aspects of pregnancy and the way her character is portrayed showing concern for safeguarding Mallu against Jagan even after Mallu had tried to envenom her; she surely will do her best to help Mallu throughout her pregnancy.
