We Were Meant to Be!
Jennifer felt the touch of the gust on her skin. She opened her eyes to intend the horizon which divulged pitches of tiny crystals imitating the shafts on the surface of the ocean.
The white sand swayed within the turquoise waves. Karan's reached her hand, and delicately put it in his big warm palm. They relished the view from the terrace of the executive cottage, comfortably connected under the sunshades next to the swimming pool. It was a splendid afternoon on the islands of Maldives.
Neither of them thought that one day they would spend holidays together as husband and wife. When Karan's kissed Jennifer, the saccharinity of her tongue was like a light feather dancing in some cool breeze. They were in concord with the elements.
While still relaxing, Jennifer thought in her mind the events that sealed the love they shared. The images kept coming like a train running at full speed.
How was that even possible? She never knew that after so much troubles and problems they were finally one, as husband and wife.
The people made stories about their personal lives and it was hard to even meet each other, but their love was so strong that it battled the entire problem and emerged as the hero.
They both knew that the love each other and no problem can be as bigger truth than what they felt for each other. They understood they had learned tremendously from the mistakes and misunderstandings of the past. They were ready to accept who they were with their dark and bright sides, and most importantly they wanted to officialise their union.
