Just a few comments on your wonderful posts
Bushy - haha glad I wasn't drinking garma garam chai whilst reading and full on guttery!! Stripper, gay bar, skinny dipping, blowing job, . I was laughing the whole way through.

Divya - The scene where all fingers were pointed at Khushi again really upset me, but luckily this time her knight in shiny suits was there to save her. Nice take on the key elements of the episode.

Shreya - Your poetry always leaves me astounded, simply brilliant

Shaz - I totally agree with you on your feelings towards the show. They manage to tie up so many themes in one beautiful love story, and even though we may get disheartened at times this show will always be special to all of us. Admist all our gutter giri, I forget how much of a brilliant writer you are. Your part about Social Injustice was bang on! I'm just waiting for the day for the WHOLE wedding truth to be out - the ultimate STOPWA to dadi!! haha couldn't helpo yourself could you ' *ahem* EPIC FAIL DADI! '. Great post, thoroughly enjoyed it!

Nia - Darling where have you been hiding? Oh how I've missed your posts. Great job!

Sandy - Short and sweet. This line ' She entered their room. He had changed the very ambience of the room which was proclaiming his love for her. It had a different impact on her after she heard him say that!! She touched those flowers tenderly as it they are reiterating what he had just said. She didn't want to disturb anything. She wanted so sink into it. ', made me fall in love with that scene!! And boy am I waiting for the day that dadi has to eat her words.

Sumi - Great choice of song. Loved your dissection of Khushi at the beginning of the ep.

Kopal - I too was surprised, thought everything would come out in the open and there'd be an overflow of tears, but the CVs love surprises. Also I totally agree on your stance about what makes a marriage.

Chitmanas - Once again great recap of the epi. Dadi is one smart cookie but nothing that Arshi can't handle.

Koel - That's what makes there love so special - the fact that no-one understands the depth of it.

Ghausia - well well we got there in the end. Great highlights of yesterdays episode and loved your flashbacks. You got your justice scene for Khushi, not being walked over like La. Couldn't help yourself with a few gutter remarks haha oh what an effect we've had on you. Lovely post, you pen down your thoughts so well, it was well worth the wait

Jhalak - Great great post. Loved every line. I too am liking the face that the Gupta sister's bond is being restored, and Arnie standing up for Khushi was so admirable and when he referred to them as 'we' I just melted.
Sharmi - Your opening paragraph was lovely, and I too am happy that Khushi finally gets her dream wedding. Great Post
Appu - You're not only excellent at giving LUs, your posts are amazing too!! Loved your comparison on each of their needs. And you are most definitely not a prosy bore, your post was highly informative.
Sul - I always enjoy your posts because they're so clear and concise. I agree that the WHOLE truth of the wedding should have come out but I guess the CVs are waiting for a better moment for that and great song choice, you've got me humming it at work 😃

Trin - 2nd base!!! hahaha For bitwa its 4th base or no bases. Such a coincidence you mentioned bases, I had a very uncomfortable discussion with my friend about them last night *shudders*. You hit the nail on the head with dadi, she didn't even have to finish her sentences and everyone knew exactly what she was implying. Loved this line ' And then my favourite scene with Arnav standing alone with his back to RM looking at the door, knowing that finally he has won the biggest challenge of his life, he has won his Khushi. ' Great Post!

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY MY FELLOW REDUXIANS

I LOVE YOU TOO DAMMIT

To Sathya and Doods to give us such a wonderful platform for us to express ourselves.

Bushji,

I don't think that you stopped last night. I have started laughing all over again in the morning by the square feet comment. Only possibilities for the cameras to be installed was Anjali Di's personal supervision. Remember she was hanging around the poolside. Arnav saw a shadow and instead found her. Will discuss later

Divya,

Fantastic wedding card designed by you. Waiting for your update.

SHREYA,

The poems that you picked out and the explanations were outstanding. The age old rituals are not wrong but the people who misuse it are wrong. It was just fantastic. Why question Kushi alone why not Arnav?
You have raised all the valid points Shreya. Hats off to you.

Shaz,

Such a beautifully written post. I just loved it. Thanks for giving the old clip for us to relive the golden era of IPKKND.

Nia,

Welcome back home Nia. We all missed you. Your comeback post was excellent and very insightful. Your angle of stepping in Arnav's shoes was a great idea. Arnav once he knows the meaning of all those rituals will appreciate it more and will fulfill it whole-heatedly. Lesser said about the creep the better. He was in the same clothes as the day he got chucked out. Has he taken a vow that he will not change till he takes his revenge against Kushi and Arnav. Just like Draupadi in Mahabharata.

Sandhya,

I love your chotu post. The note to Daadji/Stopwa was the highlight. I am waiting for the day when she has to eat her words.

Sumi,

I loved the way you wrote from Kushi's point of view and from Arnav's point of view. The insightful analysis was just superb. I am also apprehensive that they will fix a date far away giving time for Shaym to spread his poison. The cameras were set inside the business tycoon's house by the creep with able help from his wife. I just loved your post dammit.

Jhalak,

Outstanding post. I loved your analysis of yesterday and the way you described things. Daadi was slapped on her face, when Arnav said he was
ready for re-marriage. I am also from the laadakiwaale ke side.

Kopal,

A fantastic post about the marriage institution and how it has to be worked at to keep it intact.

"Sadly, more often then not, the above things are not present. all that is left is that they are man and wife.. Sometimes the husband, sometimes the wife fail to understand what their relation is actually worth! We are fast forgetting that for any relationship to be successful, some level of compromise is required.. Be it father-son, mother daughter, parents-children, brother-sister, employer-employee..

So what holds us back from doing so in the marriage? If only one person compromises, it will never work.. Both have to work together for the proper functioning.. If one is willing to take one step, the other should be willing to take the next step! "... Kopal

These words are pearls of wisdom. Nowadays marriage should be worked
and not taken for granted. There has to be adjustment from both sides. They have to walk hand in hand not one following the other.

Chitmanas/Lucky2

I loved your post. You are right about daadi she is one lady with an agenda. yesterday Arnav poured water over her plans.

Sheila,

You hit the nail on the head.No one ever gives the poor girl a chance. Daadiji is talking about her and asking her not to interuppt as she is a small girl. How will the poor girl defend herself?

"So today as we celebrate our Independence day... we marvel at how far we have come... and look up to how far we must go... thank you IPKKND for subtly showing us the problems Indian society faces, in India and around the world... there is no big showdown or righteous speeches only real emotions of the people in the show dealing with it... in a sea of melodrama I can't express how refreshing it is. "... Sheila

These are words of wisdom which have to be commended.

Koel,

Koel fantastic post. I really loved it. The creep has crawled out hope he is taught a good lesson.

Sharmi,

Fantastic post. I liked the first para where you descibed about the baby girl and when she grows up she dreams about her getting married to a prince. Kushi is going to get her dreams realized.

Appu,

We are all citizens of India. We have our privileges and also our responsibilities. So at some point in time a person has to bow down to society. My grandfather used to often quote NO MAN IS AN ISLAND. I totally agree with your thoughts 100%.

If I have missed out anybody please do forgive me.I am thankful for your contributions but I may not be able to mention them due to time constraints.

Life is too short, Enjoy it too the fullest
