Destiny played an important role in the life of both Suraj and Sandhya. We are quite happy that they had confessed their inner feelings for each other. They had their share of hardships and sorrows before getting their golden days. Still, I would say, if we consider the beginning of DABH, then none would have imagined that they would come up this far. Sandhya's dad had high plans for her daughter, that was revealed in the 1st episode itself. And Suraj would have married a different girl. But then destiny came into play. They got married and then hard days were waiting for Sandhya as well as Suraj.
The first major SurYa interaction was the preparation of Dal-Baati-Churma. I really loved that whole night cooking session. That was a marvellous episode. And Sandhya learned the art of making DBC in one day itself. ⭐️
Then came the news about Sandhya's education and the 15 day test. Suraj was rock-solid behind Sandhya. He went against Bhabo's wishes and refused to let go off Sandhya when Bhabo was driving her out. He alone had the firm belief that Sandhya could make the impossible possible. Sandhya too was quite amazed seeing Suraj trusted her so much. She could feel the love and affection towards her. ⭐️
Next, they had to undergo some really tough moments at Maasa's village. Suraj had the premonition that Sandhya would be really in trouble but then he didn't want to break her will-power. Sandhya seemed to lose everything there, with Maasa coming out all guns blazing against her, but just at the last moment, when Sandhya saved the marriage, Maasa realized her true worth and caressed her, fondled her to the maximum extent.
After that, Sandhya got to realize how much Suraj thinks of her when Suraj took her to the prize distribution ceremony, even injuring his hand in the process. It was a late realization, only after getting the prize did Sandhya realize that how much Suraj did for her, and all the while he was thinking of her only.
Same goes for the misunderstanding track as well. Sandhya and Suraj both realised their true worth in each others' lives after the accident scene and the hug was really very emotional.
It is often said that what doesn't kill you will make you stronger. It all depends on how one defines the word "strong" It can have different meanings to different people. In this sense, "stronger" means looking back at the person you were and comparing it to the person you have become today. It also means looking deep into your soul and realizing that the person you are today couldn't exist if it weren't for the things that have happened in the past or for the people that you have met. Everything that happens in our life happens for a reason and sometimes that means we must face heartaches in order to experience joy.
At last, in this WTC track, we are getting to see their love confession for each other. It was truly worth the wait. A big salute to DABH cast and crew for gifting us this lovely story.
It is often the people who stay for only a short time that end up making a lasting impression not only in our lives, but in our hearts as well. Although we may not realize it at the time, they will make a difference and change our lives in a way we never could imagine. To think that one person can have such a profound affect on your life forever is truly a blessing. It is because of these encounters that we learn some of life's best lessons and sometimes we even learn a little bit about ourselves.
In this post, I would also like to differentiate between Destiny and Fate. Destiny is opportunity and fate is karma. We are in control of our destiny but have no control over our fate. Destiny cannot be forced on us; if we are forced then it is our fate. Destiny gives us an opportunity to turn a situation to our advantage and accomplish something great through our own efforts. It is designed to give us the best opportunities for the development of our consciousness, but it is only an outline – not an exact script. It doesn't detract from our free-will in any way, because we decide exactly how we want to act in any situation.
So, Destiny played an important role for SurYa, be it the DBC cooking session, or the WTC, destiny gave them the opportunity to turn the situation in their advantage. And I am quite glad that they grabbed those opportunities in style.
