- The show starts off with the mom asking everyone who is getting married to and old man. Everyone is speechless. Sati starts to say something but the father interrupts and says that his friend is marrying his daughter to an old man. The mom says that what kind of person would do such a thing. It's like he does not even care for his daughter! The dad says that his friend cares a lot but he has no choice. His family has a bad reputation in society's eye. Why should the whole family suffer because of one's mistakes? Then the mom says that he makes a good point. It's all a matter of luck. Anu is shocked at this and she just runs to her room. The mom asks why she ran away. The dad says that maybe she did not like what he said. Then he tells the mom that they are getting visitors later.
- Sati goes to Anu's room and tells her to keep quiet. Sati says that she promised her that she will not get married to that old man so why is she making such a fuss! The mom calls from behind. She asks sati what she just said. That Anu is getting married to an old man? Sati is shocked. She is about to say something but the mom continues talking, saying that how can Anu get married when the elder sister is still single! She says she will have to talk to the dad. Sati tries to stop her but to no avail.
- The mom goes to the dad. She starts scolding him saying that how can he marry Anu to an old man. The dad asks how she knows. She says that she overheard Sati and Anu. Then she says how he can even think of marrying Anu! Has he forgotten his elder daughter? People will laugh at the family if he marries Anu first. The dad says whoever had something to say has said it over the past ten years. The mom asks what has happened over these ten years that he is willing to marry Anu to some old man and that even while Sati is single! The father shouts "SATI IS NOT SINGLE! SHE IS NOT!" The mom is shocked! She says that this cannot be true! The dad says that it is. Sati is married but she could not fulfill her responsibilities as a wife so she came back here and brought with her a bad mark for the family. The mom does not want to believe it and she pulls Sati inside the room. Anu and Arth are watching the drama unfold from outside. The mom urges Sati to tell the truth that this did not happen. Sati is quiet. The dad tells Sati to go ahead and tell that this is all true. Sati looks at her dad and says that it is all true. The mom is in denial. She does not want to believe it. Then she goes to the other side of the room. The dad goes to console her. Sati runs out of the house in tears.
- Sati drives her car somewhere and is crying. She starts remembering what just happened when all of a sudden she sees a car just behind her and its lights is blinking. The car is not moving ahead and is just behind her. She gets out of her car and sees that there is a doll hanging in the car. She moves toward it but the car backs up. It stops when she stops. Inside the car is the silver fingered man. Then sati suddenly starts running toward the car. The car backs up immediately and drives away. Sati shouts that she is here so come on and settle whatever score he wants settled! Don't run away like a coward and just come in front! She starts crying even more.
- Back in the house, the pundit is there with the boy's mother and the pundit says that the boy and Anu will make a perfect couple! Its a couple made in heaven and the girl will bring luck. The boy's mom is happy and wants to see Anu. The dad calls out for the mom to bring Anu but there is no answer. He goes and sees for himself.
- Inside the room, the mom is crying saying that Sati cannot do this! Anu says that maybe Sati had some reason for it and that maybe she had no choice. The mom says what kind of dilemma Sati had that she did such a thing. The dad comes in and tells the mom stop crying and to forget what has already passed. He tells her to bring Anu out. Then he goes back. The mom tells Anu that just like Sati had no choice, now she has no choice but to follow whatever the dad says. Anu is shocked.
- Sati is outside her car crying and thinking about the car and the doll hanging in it when all of a sudden a car comes and stops just beside her. Sati shouts asking who it is and what he wants from her. The window opens and it is Siddarth inside. Siddarth gets out of the car and Sati runs to him and hugs him and cries. Siddarth puts his arms around her. After a while, Sati pushes away and says that she just could not control her emotions. Siddarths asks what happened. Sati is quiet. Then Siddarth tells Sati not worry. He is there for her.
- Back in the house, Anu is brought out and is forced to sit beside the boy's mother. She is pleased to see that Anu looks very good and seems to be a very good girl. Then the pundit says that there are two dates for the wedding. One week after or one month after. The dad says one month after will be better since one week is too short. They all agree and then the pundit and the boy's mom leave. Anu runs to her room in anger.
- Sati reaches home and is ringing the doorbell. Someone is watching her. Sati senses it and tries to see who it is but the mom opens the door and brings Sati in. The mom says that she needs to talk to Sati. She says that what has passed has passed and that they should just focus on the now. The mom says that Sati did not fulfill her responsibilities as a daughter and a wife. Sati thinks to herself how she wishes she could tell the mom the whole truth. The mom wants Sati to do something for her. The dad comes and asks what she wants. The mom says that until now, Sati has lived her own life but now she will do what she says. The mom says that she wants Sati to get married. Sati is shocked. The dad tries to protest but to no avail. The mom says that Sati is to get married before Anu and she will not have it any other way. Everyone is shocked!
