Delnaazz Paul has signed her first daily soap Karam Apnaa Apnaa, produced by Balaji Telefilms. The serial to be aired on STAR Plus is scheduled to replace Kavyanjali. Excited about her foray into the Balaji camp, Delnaazz says, "Rajiv (Paul) had already worked with Balaji and I had heard a lot of good things about Ekta. I had always desired to work with her and this was a good opportunity." The actress plays one of the bahus in the serial. "She's a colourful, cute, chirpy character with a comic angle to her. She's someone after my heart," smiles Delnaazz but is unwilling to divulge any more details. The actress, however confesses that she'd thought Ekta would cast her in one of her comedy serials, but "doing a light track in a soap" is equally exciting. She's also busy playing Pretika, the bhoot in the weekly serial Shararat, "but I don't believe in ghosts at all" she laughs heartily.
