Rima, I for one did not see Arnav's honourable actions of stopping Buaji from slapping Khushi etc becuase he failed to defend her character when it was being molested by his family and that marred any further actions executed by him. He failed as a husband and came off as a coward who couldn't admit his faults and shoulder the responsibilty of the sham marriage. He literally let Khushi stew in the mess he created.
