Have Viren and and Virat given up all hopes of Manvi possibly getting better? They have known about Mavi's worsening health for a veryyy long time now, and they aren't doing nething about it or paying it any mind... nor do they tell Manvi or Jeevika or anyone else about it... reallly weird!!!

I felt the same. The story have to brought back on track. But have to say it I love the Virman romance-sagaai track...

even i felt soo from virat's words...he is sounding like manvi is not gonna get well any day..he has given up all hope..lets see..behna miracle is still to come i guess..

the doctor did give Virat any hope, I think Virat will fight at one point for her, but now he just wants her to have a happy moment in her life. Since their wedding are in talks now, he feels manvi deserves some happy moments in her life. But I do feel that it won't last, she might get worse after the engagement.
