Oh while i was watching the episode today i was wondering, where this was leading to and the final moment summed it up i guess...
Arnav...u said to her once again that u loved her...n that mattered the most...
but before u said that to her u also said,
"what is the meaning of traditions, what should matter is what we feel"
So Arnav u urself feel love for ur wife. And ur wife herself believes in all the traditions. And she wants a wedding filled with traditions, customs, blessings of the divine and the elders.
Now doesn't it happen to be what 'SHE' wants?
U love her...and expressing it was what u were doing all along. But shouldn't u take a moment to understand that loving her also means, making the person u love happy? making her wishes come true?
So isn't ur innocent wife's heart's greatest desire to have the wedding she has dreamed of since she was a young child? u of all people know how much precious and sacred marriage is to her...how sacred marriage vows r to her...how much all of it means..she has always shared with u how deeply they matter to her...
and in anger, 6 months back u took away that dream from her, for no fault of hers..u broke that dream to pieces...
and now months later u know u were wrong, and yet u still deprive her of that dream closest to her heart...
knowing she'll be the happiest woman on earth to take those vows with u, u still deprive her of them...
do u even know why she wants to take those vows?
it is because she believes that it is with these vows that she becomes urs fully..
it is because she believes that it is with these vows that she fully belongs to u...
