Does ARnav know that Khushi loves him? Recent episode we have seen that Khushi freely touches him hugs him,shows her concern for him ,play romantic songs for him .do you guys think that he has guessed by now that Khushi also loves him?

Arnav Knew Khushi loves him since Diwali last year and vise versa. Also during the holi episodes, she told him.Then he was confused about her feeling for him until the kidnapping track. In any case they know what the other person is thinking, as said by Khushi in Heer-Ranjha track words are needed only for those who do not understand love.
