his 1st smirk was when khushi said sorry 4 throwing tea on him!

edit..first smile...mmm...i think he laughed 1st before nanital trip,when khushi put some eating thing on her whole face,!i think!

If my memory serves me right it was after Arnav fainting and Khushi giving him jalebi, he smiled when he saw Khushi's face when she came seeking forgiveness

😛 actually he smiled 1st tym when Lav brought a cake fr him to celebrate their relationship...dat scene lav mentioned that he's smiling...& she hugged him...😉 so it's nt khushi...😭
