will rishi going to reveal the truth to indira that he knows about her BT?
or he keeps it secret and makes indiras care and arrange treatment secretly with the help of dr.swetha??

No he will not reveal truth about knowing BT to Indira. But definitely Swetha will play major role by playing suthradhara part in life of Rishi and Indira. With help of her, he will be able to arrange good treatment for Indira.
