There are a lot! Hiten-Gauri are a famous couple and their serial Kutumb had the same hate premise like IPK. I loved their jodi as much as I love Arhi. And then we have Geet with gurmeet-drashti. then there is Dill Mill Gayye, hwere first they ahte each other but then fall in love.

These were the hindi ones, I watch korean dramas too and most of the dramas made have this storyline and are rom coms.
