Do something productive, like concentrating on some studies, or visit a friend, call a friend, cook a nice meal, go watch a movie, trust me there are a lot of things you can do besides the IPKKND thing. One can never expect enough, because after every episode you're left with the feeling that you want more. This will never end. So you have to grab this addiction and nip it in the bud. Trust me, you'll overcome and by that time, Monday will come to boost your addiction by another week!😕
