RECAP of August 07: Sati is asking a girl in a parking lot if she's ok. I think she almost got hit by a car... The girl says yes. Then there is a guy in a hood looking at the picture of Sati's family and he says that until now you people have been very happy but not anymoe. Then they show the girl in the car lot going beside a van and the guy with the silver finger tells her "good work". She gives him a smile and leaves. Sati sees it and is shocked!
In the parking lot, Siddarth suddenly comes. Sati gets a bit scared. Siddarth tells sati to go back in since they all are having so much fun. sati tells no. Shee will go home. Siddarth asks if she's okay. She says that she feels someone is following her and she has a bad feeling. Her phone just turned off when a girl alomost got hit by a car and that same girl almost got hit again later and at that time, her phone sudenly just turned on. Sati says there is something wrong. Siddarth says its nothing and tells Sati to relax and come ith him inside. Sati says okay but first she will just call home.
Anu answers Sati's call and she is crying saying that Piyush wnats to meet her right now because his parents are forcing him to see a girl tomorrow and he might get enganged right there. She tells sati to come home because she doesnt know what to do. Sati tells she will be home right away. Anu hangs up and the mother is behind her and she listned to everything.
the mother asks Anu who Piyush is and Anu tells that he is just her friend. The mom says that she can see her daughter's heart and Piyush is not just a friend who is getting engaged tomorrow. Anu tells the mom that he is just a friend and that why she does not want to believe her! The mom says okay if you dont want to tell, then dont. Ill just ask Sati. then the mom leaves. Anu is worried.
Sati tells Siddarth she has to go home and take care of Anu. Siddarth says that Anu is a big girl and can take care of herself. Sati says no. She doesnt want Anu to suffer because of her past. siddarth asks what is Sati's past. Sati says she will tell him some other time. Siddarth says good at least now their friendship has reached a new level where they can tell anything to each other and he will wait for the day when sati opens up. They shake hands. Behind them, in a van, is the silver fingered man listening to them.
Sati goes to her car when her cellphone rings. she answers it but no one is picking up. The silver fingered man is just behind her in his van. Sati has a starnge feeling that someone is following her. She goes home.
In the house, Sati and Anu are talking. Sati trells Anu that she does not want her to suffer because of her past. And she tells Anu that its her decision to make and she should go with her heart. Anu says if Sati takes her side, the dad will never forgive her. Sati says that even if she didnt take her side, the dad would never forgive her so what's one more mistake.
Next morining, the mom calls Anu to get her clothes. Anu comes. The mom asks her why her eyes are so puffy. Anu says its just that she didnt get sleep. The mom says that she knows its because of Piyush and asks Anu again to tell her who he is. The are arguing and it is all being caught on tape by a hiden camera behind the sofa in the plants. The silver fingered guy is watching it from his place. The mom says okay ill just ask Sati.
Anu goes to Sati's room and tells her to be prepared because the mom might ask her about Piyush since she heard everything. Sati get worried. Anu tells that the dad also heard everything. Sati says then its very bad that the dad knows. Anu asks sati what to do. Behind them, the dad is outside the door listening. He nods to himself and goes away.
sati goers to the dining table for breakfast. As the mom is giving her breakfast, she asks sati who Piyush is. Sati and her brother are shocked and just look at each other. The mom asks Sati if she ever met Piyush. Sati says only two times. he is a very nice boy and a good friend of Anu. The mom says she fels they are more than friends. Sati says no. If there was anything like that going on, Anu would have told her. The mom says that maybe Sati cant understand matters of the heart since she is a lawyer but a mom can. Sati says she left her cellphone in her room so she will just go get it. The mom talls her to eat breakfast first but sati already leaves. On her way to the room, Anu comes. They look at each other. Sati just goes ahead to the room. Anu is about to follow when the dad calls her from behind and tells her to get ready to go see the pundit as he is giving a lecture today and all of them will go. Anu says she wont and the mom says that theres no need for that since their daughters are very understanding. The dad tells Anu that even understanding people become stupid sataying with stupid people. he tells her to get ready. then he leaves. Anu leaves also. the mom asks Arth why is everyone behaving so strangely. Arth says its good that you dont know whats going on because those who know are hurting. The mom urges Arth to tell her but Arth just leaves. the mom is wondering what is happening to her family.
The mom goes to Sati and asks her to tell what has happened in this family that only she doesnt know about. Why is there such emptiness in the father. sati is at first at a loss for words then she tel the mom that the accident and the fear of losing her has broken the dad and the loss of 10 years of memory has brought a gap between butSati explains that 10 years cannot be replaced in 10 days so she just has to wait. The mom says that yes a lot has hanged and that her precious daughter is explaining to her like a mother would. She tells Sati that may everyone have a daughter like her and that she is very prou of her. The mom leaves. Sati thinks to herself that she wanted to hear those words for such a long time and now its been said. Tears are falling from her eyes.
The silver fingered guy goes into sati's office. No one is there since its a sunday. He puts a device in her phone then calls her mobile. Sati picks up but no answer. Sati wonders why there is no answer and the call is even from her office. she wonders who could be there now. Then the silver fingered guy puts the phone down and talks to himself saying that Sati may be thinking who is calling but it will be this that will bring her close to him. Then he brings out a really big knife and stabs a newspaper with sati's picture in it.
