i think wat shyama was suggestin was complete internship ...practice for 1 yr and once u have a baby ..u can decide if u wanna be a fulltime mom or do ur MD !

finish intern ship in 1 year,prepare for PG entrance exam next year ,she might take two chances to get higher rank in PG entrance(second one during ANC(pregnancy)leave and maternity leave and then persue the PG course for next 3 years with BB,DB,HK assisting in baby's upbringing
