If there is no re- marriage now then there is no point in having it at all. It should happen either before the contract ends or just after the contract ends.

Shyam's entry will be dramatic that will take a week and then Post entry effects and restoration of peace in the house, revelation etc., will drag things and there wont be any sense in the re-marriage. So NOW or NEVER
