i dont think she can love sinals kid...she is the one who want to kill this child...if she loves the kid she will release siddhi from jail and give his mom to him...she nither love kunal nor his son...

i dont think she loves the kid.. she very well knows that he is Kunal's weakness .so just to be around kunal she is acting to be loving and caring.. that's it...
