i have a feeling the reason they are showing a better and closer relationship of Arnav and Khushi is because Khushi will obviously have a negative connection with his past- which will therefore cause problems and distances between them in the future.
Hence, the recent closeness, rabba ve's and Arnav constantly backing up his wife. Soon he may begin to distant himself and may hate the fact that he loves her and begin to treat her badly
