Is Anandi being fair to Shiv?

Anandi is full of grief and it is very sad to see her like this. But this apart a marriage involves 2 people and the whole marriage issue is proceeding in a lopsided fashion. Anandi has to fulfill her mothers promise and she will marry Shiv but does marriage only mean finishing some rituals and being called husband and wife by the world. What happens to the deep bond that 2 people share when in a marriage. Anandi today has a lot of emotional baggage and Shiv is willing to help her sort all her issues but to rush him into marriage when she has no emotional attachment would mean that Shiv has to bear the consequences. As a young man he too may have meany dreams of his life with his wife and to not give any thought to his needs and make him a part of fulfilling a wish seems a bit too harsh on him. I really wish that Anandi had said 2 sentences more where she expresses that besides her mothers wish she sees a friend in him and feels secure in his company or anything else which would give Shiv some hope. Right now he is plunging into marriage with no assurance of whats to come.

he was already agreeing to get married to her with her dadias propasla even when she ddnt knew anything, he loves her he is glad of getting her the chacne ot be happy, anandi is being forced in the marriage if unfair hai tou it is for anandi more than anyone else!! she s agian being forced in a relation for the family happiness!! she is the one who is losing out on all, the desire the love before marriage shv is still getting marrried to someone he loves so he has nothing to lose, and with close proximity he will actaully get closer to her more thna he was now so it is a plus for him !!
