I think he is just surprised that Archu agreed... remember he doesn't know that DK told her anything. So... thats all... surprise.

After the hospital scene, how can there be doubts that Arjun and Purvi love each other? 😃

right guys Arjun is just in a shocked state nothing else..i dont think so we even need Yes from Arjun's side😉it was always there..Archa herself gives his hand to Purvi:)
