My guess is Kushi who talks in her sleep...must have said something sexy in her sleep like Chodiye na arnavji..whlie talking she might rolled over him...and made him awake and arised desire for arnav.. he might kissed him in sleep and mad ASR blush... so the naughty sexy smile...The words said Hamari Bath abhi katham nahi hoyi...Means he wants to talk to her and ask her something which she might said in her sleep..Again a Nok-Jok OF arnav and ksuhi to stisfy our desire...

may be but i doubt whether they show that because now Asr's dadi has come she will be given some screen space
